The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Furnishings are lovely. The halls and public areas are very well kept and clean. The staff is lovely and cheerful. The in house restaurant is welcoming with great staff and food. We were there for 5 days with a large group for a wedding. Rooms ranged from basic to executive suites. We were all very pleased.

Very comfortable stay and love the airport shuttle. The complimentary breakfast closed at 9:30 am and all our party did not get breakfast as a result. Most are open til 10 am. I loved the shower! it was huge and beautiful.

This hotel is by far the best in the area, the rooms are well appointed and very clean, they also have a very good selection of channels on the television unlike most hotels where it is very limited. What tops this place is the customer service especially at the front desk. Kieran is a Gem and exemplary in the effort she puts into making your stay wonderful. What strikes out the most about her is that she treats this business as her own! Management should groom her for better things . She is an asset to this organization! Will definitely stay here when in Edmonton and will also recommend this hotel.

Excellent costumer service, free parking, continental breakfast. Are at the XI spices restaurant, very good and excellent service, cook even came out to see how everything was. Very clean, nice size gym, close to amenities, Tim Hortons, Safeway, definitely would stay here again! Beautiful jacuzzi suites!

I stayed here for 1 night prior to an early morning flight. The room was very large, and the bed was fairly comfortable. The hotel has a airport shuttle about every half hour, and the driver was very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit noisy, but to be expected next to a major highway and beside an airport.

Straightforward airport hotel; clean quiet rooms, food and drinks available on site until late evening and breakfast service starts early. Regular shuttle service to the airport but suggest you contact the hotel if you need a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, eg if you're dropping a hire car back the night before flying. Overall a good place to crash for the night and would use again.

Room was very nice and modern. Bathroom was huge with a nice shower and the bed was quite cozy.

Walked in to a clean and nicely furnished lobby, and was greeted warmly by Sunny. Booked a two queen room, but Sunny offered me a great deal on the jacuzzi room. Very hospitable as always and awesome to deal with! Will stay with Radisson and Sunny on my next visit for sure!

Mattress Mattress required a meeting room and the hotel provided us exceptional service in coordinating and setting up the room for us. Not only did we have a large, quiet space, they were accommodating in every way. Highly recommend this if you need a boardroom or meeting space for any reason.

We arrived late in the early morning hours off of our flight. The hotel was experiencing elevator issues, and the front desk clerk and hotel manager moved heaven and earth to accommodate us. I am in a wheelchair and could not do the five flights of stairs. The manager personally cleaned and sanitized the accessible room for myself and my guest. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend

The room was clean and decent, aside from some (coffee hopefully?) Stains on the bedspread, the AC worked great it was pretty quiet as well. Only thing was the laundry is located not in the hotel but in the adjacent (Radisson park inn) building and there is only one washer/drier available, that you have to get a key card from the front desk of that building for...you also pay that front desk for the laundry soap which I found a bit bizarre (why not just have it in a vending machine?), Though most folks won't likely be doing laundry so it's mostly a moot point.

Sonny and the staff were very accommodating for us when we arrived for our stay even when there was a miscommunication on my part and they now had to accommodate our small dog and the requirements we needed for our rooms. Very clean, quick check in. The XI Spices restaurant is amazing, the Indian food is spot on, perfect amount of heat and spice. The Chef takes a lot of pride in his food, I hear the Burgers are great as well. Worth a try.

Only took in Lumberjacks for Breakfast which was excellent. Coffee however at Four Dollars a cup spoiled it for me. Tiny cup and I won't return because of the ridiculously over priced coffee which should have been included with the 2 - $18 breakfast plates we ordered.

We only arrived at 11pm and the manager was there to greet us and help us with the check-in process. The owner, Ash, also offered to upgrade us to the presidential jacuzzi suite. We agreed and wow! It really is the size of a condo . 5/5 service. Also wanted to say how impressed I was with the dedication to customer service by making sure the receptionist ended her phone call and dealt with me first. Everything is good but no duvet on bed or would have been 5 star. Just a light blanket. Yes you can turn up heat but why waste electricity. And when you get it in at 1am. You arent thinking of that. Breakfast was ok. They let me have a late check out as well. Clean place.
