This used to be Thrifty parking and I have parked in this lot for over 10 years. I’m glad to see Jiffy take it over and continue it after Thrifty moved to the new rental car facility at the airport. Thrifty really let this facility go downhill with no maintenance or upkeep so Jiffy has a lot of work ahead to make the place nice again. The new Jiffy busses are really nice but they still run some of the old Thrifty ones that are pretty run down. A few of the drivers are originals from Thrifty and are very good and pleasant. I give them 4 stars based on the run down property, tight parking spaces, and some older busses but this place beats the airport lots in convenience, security, and service!

This was our first time using Jiffy and it was great! It was a much better price than the other park and fly options and even closer to the airport than their competitors. The minute we pulled in the lot attendant can running up to help us and take our bags. The shuttle driver was very polite and had a great positive attitude for driving at 3am. I would highly recommend them!

The people who work here are great and I felt very safe parking my car here long-term. The prices are much cheaper if you book ahead online rather than the day of in person. The shuttle runs constantly so you don't have to wait long for it to pick you up in either direction. The price is right for parking and I highly recommend Jiffy Airport Parking (the one on Holman Street).

This is a great company! Dale, the driver that picked us up to take us to the airport was there in seconds of our arrival and was super helpful and informative. Colin at the Portland Airport Thrifty was the nicest, most efficient and informative driver we've had. One of our party was concerned about how much oil she had so once everyone got dropped off Colin went back to help her check her oil since she'd never done it before. It showed she was low and suggested stopping on her way home to add oil. She lives 2 hours away and did get a chance to stop once she was out of Portland. Great guy! Hope we get him again on our next trip.

The staff was friendly enough, but the online price you see can be vastly different from the one you pay. The pick up procedure was fairly easy and the car was clean, drop off was also easy but they were pretty busy, they did offer a shuttle to the airport, which I didn't need

Shuttle driver was nice and friendly we will be using their services next month. A little farther from the airport then we usually leave our car, but just as fast in and out and price is a few dollars cheaper. Parking spots are a little tight though.

I sat in their office for hours waiting for my bride-to- be sister's future brother-in-law to ride together to her wedding 2 hours away. His flight from Houston kept getting delayed. Thrifty's Erica kept checking the status of his flight for me, and continued to track his progress on Thrifty's shuttle. It turned into a group event with everyone cheering him on. Erica gave it her all, and we made it to the wedding in Astoria with 1 minute to spare.

This past weekend was the first time I ever leave my car in town for traveling. I was genuinely scared that something would happen to my automobile, but I heard various friends say this place was safe.
I may have gotten extremely lucky but the shuttles were on hand when I needed to get to the airport and when I landed back from my trip. The drivers were really nice and pick you up so you do not need to carry heavy luggage.
The price was great and its a great facility where it would be hard for someone to get in without being seen to do damage to the cars. I will 100% use this location every time I travel from here on out.

Top notch. They quoted me a price and charged me that price. As soon as my partner and I got out of out truck, there was a shuttle waiting to take us to the airport and as soon as we arrived back at PDX we were able to find a shuttle back. Not only that, but our truck was still there and in tact!

I had a great experience prices where really good, Teresa (tree) our shuttle driver was very informative and helpful. We were there for almost 6 days and our car was in good shape. I will definitely be using this service again. Also make sure you do your reservation online it was easy and I hear it is cheaper then getting a ticket the day you arrive. Great parking option if you need to leave your car close to the airport for a few days. Costs $6.99 per day and price includes the roundtrip shuttle service to and from the airport. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. Shuttle drivers are very friendly and helpful. I would use this service again. (Much better than paying $90 for an Uber!)
