Rooms were very clean. Hotel itself was clean and everything was up to date. The vallet guy Ricky was very helpful to us several times. He was our go to guy for anything about the hotel and was always so helpful and friendly. Hopefully they hotel sees what a great asset he is to the place
The noise from the airport and train station can be a little much and several times throughout our 3 week stay there was no place to park after we would get off work ( Ricky would find us a spot). The front desk staff was a bit different (day shift ) was friendly and helpful (night shift) rude and unhelpful.

Decent rooms, nice staff, good breakfast (6:30am), small pool. Airport shuttles start at 7am. Your room key will only take you to your floor so, if you have 2 rooms on different floors, get used to the stairs. We also had trouble with the room keys working when we got there but maintenance came through and resolved the situation pretty quickly.
We came from the cruise port fairly early and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They do luggage check upon arrival and there is a nice den area where you can wait for a room to become available.

We needed just an overnight hotel before heading to the Caribbean in the early AM. This location is perfect for a quick overnight stay by the airport. Unfortunately we waited almost an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up, but once we got to the hotel we had a good experience. Room was clean and spacious. Nice lounging area near the bar. Monday night football was on so we were able to watch that with some other guests and enjoy the bar that was open late. Airport shuttle is not available until 7am, but the Uber fee is roughly $5 to the airport so not bad at all. Would highly recommend if you need a place near the airport.

I missed a flight, and thankfully this hotel was one of the only ones to have openings. The lady on the phone was very nice and made the booking process very easy. She also arranged for their free 24/7 shuttle service to come get me at the airport. It arrive quickly, and the driver was friendly. I checked in quickly and got a very nice room at such last notice. Check out was fast and the shuttle was one-time with a friendly driver. Even though this hotel is very new, it is very worth the stay. I was impressed with their customer service and clean, modern facilities.

Wonderful staff, can’t say enough nice things about them. Great room layout - close to airport, so expect plane noise but they are thoughtful to provide foam earplugs in the room. Only thing is that the parking is quite limited- paid valet only, unless you want to do street parking on a somewhat isolated street. Good gym on site. Other than the parking, highly recommended!

The staff was amazing during our 11 night stay. I had surgery and they were very accommodating, going out of their way several times! Check in was great with the Scorpio Girls. Rafael, in the valet, was very helpful, Elena was extremely sweet during social hours. The food was good, location good, and tour suite was very comfortable. I would definitely go back if staying in Miami again.

The best part of my visit was the breakfast. The room was very tidy and clean. Convenient location. However, I was displease with the customer service. I was provided the wrong expectation far as when my room would be available. The shuttle took 45 mins to pick me up from the airport. I wasn't advise I would receive a additional deposit if I booked through third party. It has been two weeks and I haven't receive my deposits. And I was charged additional $113 for "accidental fee". Which I gave no consent for my card to be charged. This resulted an overdraft fee on my end. Other than those few incidents, my stay was alright.

Rooms were even bigger and nicer then i’d expected. Airport pickup was fast and efficient. Staff was very nice and friendly. When taking a shuttle to get a rental car our driver even let us know about the train for cheaper travel (ended up using it on the way home after our trip).

Wonderful Hotel. Stayed in November. Very spacious room. Good Staff. Free Breakfast. Only things that I don't like about the Parking is not free. Valet $40 and Self Parking $30 per night. Street Parking also available but not safe specially when you rented the car. I would recommend self parking which is behind the hotel and close to the pond area. Airport shuttle also available for free. it goes every 30min to airport. Room has kitchen, cutlery also available. Only one thing I noticed specially the room I stayed the ac unit air not flowing bed area. Check in Picture.

My girlfriend and I came to the sweets because she was having surgery in the area. The room was very nice it included a kitchen with modern and up-to-date appliances. The shower is very tremendous it was a walking shower which was very nice this Saturday it was me and my girlfriend so use your imagination. The only problem I had was the water pressure in the shower. And since they were two of us in the shower we had to take turns to use the water because the water pressure would not allow the water to reach the second person so that was awful. Other than that the breakfast was very nice in the morning complimentary of course. Who was very nice. The staff were excellent. But the one other problem I had was a location it was mostly in an industrial site even though it was nearby the airport. Other than that I would say five stars for everything included they just need to tighten up on some areas

Breakfast included is good option. It's close to the airport, have great nice spaces outside the room for quite good moments of relax or readings.
Inside the rooms there some kitchen with silverware for 2 people. Bath a clean and everything on the bet and rooms is fresh and tidy.

My wife and I have stayed here maybe 6-7 times in the last year, anytime we have an early flight or one day layover. Very convenient an close to the airport, front desk staff is overwhelmingly understaffed, but overall nice and helpful. The bartender is better than the last time we were here, nice guy. Hospitable, only thing is the bar barely has anything in it but with what he had he made us some great cocktails, the menu has grown a lot which i think is a step in the right direction. Rooms are big and spacious i see many complaints on noise but we never hear any noise i genuinely love this hotel and will always stay here

Stayed at this hotel before our trip to Key West. The shuttle driver Evelio was beyond helpful. After he picked us up at the airport he recommended what to do in Miami for the only day would be visiting the city. We took his advice and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the evening reception and free breakfast was great.

The staff made it great. I stayed for 6 weeks. The website says they have social hours on Mon, Tue and Wed yet it was never sure when, or IF, it would happen. Elena, bartender, was wonderful, she's also the cook for the "restaurant" the hotel says they have. The front desk staff was great. Wanna was exceptional. When I arrived my company didn't have my correct reservations. Wanna made several phone calls and was a huge help getting it all figured out and me in a room. Evilio, he does everything, was AWESOME!! He is a man of many talents and was ALWAYS a pleasure to meet. The hotel owners need to do what they say they're website says they're going to do. The "heated pool" is NOT heated at all. That was very disappointing ..... Overall, it was a great stay.

After a very long day at the airport this place was just what we needed! We were greeted by the two men in charge of shuttling people to and from the airport. They were waiting on us upon booking, and we were greeted with such kindness and joy! Evelio and Lorenzo were absolutely incredible! They helped us figure out transportation around town, and after a very long and frustrating day, they gave us so much joy! We left the shuttle with a smile on our face! The hotel is only a few years old and in excellent condition. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are so comfy! I can not recommend this place enough! We truly enjoyed our stay!

I really loved the way how the room was designed. I had all my necessities there. I got a nice kitchen to prepare and store food...and when I was done eating, the dish washer took care of the dishes. I also liked the fact that I had many areas to relax around the hotel...it even had a pool where I can swim. But best of all, I liked the fact that I could do my own laundry. Paying for laundry service for a whole month would have been costly.

We had a 1 night layover before heading to Bonaire and this was a great place to stay near the airport!
Shuttle to and from the airport, nice pool and the staff was super friendly as well. Bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot!
We walked to Rincon Criollo restaurant nearby for dinner and it was great as well. Local vibe and the food was excellent.
Would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this brand hotel. It was the first time I stayed at a Staybridge and I enjoyed it. It’s nothing fancy but it’s very nice. It was clean. The staff was hospitable. I know the gentleman‘s name was Jean but the woman‘s name, I can’t remember. I think it started with a Y.
The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. I like that it had dishes and utensils but I wish they would’ve put a roll of paper towels in there.
They had a valet but they had self parking and both were only $10. I did not even have to drive far to park but it was a small parking lot. It feels like a far walk when you’re caring a lot of stuff but you feel safe.
I’m sorry I can’t write more but I only stayed there about 12 hours.

I will say this is the best hotel my husband and I have stayed at in Miami. When we come to visit, this is where we would like to stay at. It was a nice room and exactly what I reserved. This hotel was not like the other hotel we stayed at. The other hotel we stayed at, we reserved a king bed room, and we got a queen bed room. When I said something, they said they had run out of King bed rooms. So like I said before, I will be coming back to this hotel. Plus it is like 5 minutes from the airport.

We were greeted warmly by Evelio, the friendliest shuttle driver I've ever had. The hotel was clean and inviting, with lovely common areas and a suite setup that worked great for my family of two parents and two kids. Breakfast the next morning had lots of great options.
Only drawback: one of the seat belt buckles in the van was broken, missing the plastic cover. Nobody warned me about it, so I got a scrape on my knee on it getting into the van and it also hurt another member of my party when she sat on it. I hope it was fixed promptly.

Get ready for the 20 dollar a day parking fee. They stack your cars by valet on top of each other there. Zero chance you are getting a semi truck parked, zero chance of you parking a box truck unless you are like me and park on the grass directly in front of the hotel. Although if you are personally renting a box truck such as uhaul, I world highly direct you not to do what I did.
The room was actually not bad. They have free laundry, but you must pay for the detergent or bring your own. The hotel is equipped with a bar as well, and in general is a nice hotel. I personally enjoy the conveniences minus the parking but I understand that it is near the airport. I would not recommend staying here unless you are flying or unless you have troubles not catching flights. There are many other hotels to stay at, at equal or better quality for the less cost not near the airport.

The room was spotless and thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom was immaculate and the kitchen was as well. The tv had a line in the middle but didn't really bother me.

The hotel rooms themselves are great. We thought we only booked a one bedroom unit with a pull out couch, but were put into a two bedroom suite. The area itself didn't look great (very industrial) and the parking at the hotel seemed odd. It's just a small unlined gravel area off to the side of the building.

Stayed one night before our cruise. When we arrived there was a complimentary pasta bar and wine. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen, sitting room with pullout sofa bed, office area and separate bedroom with the bathroom. Only downside to the room was that you needed to pass through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Valet parking only and they put our car up with a lift while we were on the cruise. Much safer for our vehicle. One thing people should know is that planes fly directly over this area. This did not bother us at all while we were in the room. Best value we found for this trip.

Nice kitchenette. Bed is comfortable and there is a pull out bed in the couch (excuse our luggage, it was a long day) . Shower is roomy. It is right next to the airport, so you can see the planes come in for landing. The room is on the 5th floor. You can hear the rumblings of the plane engine's, but that is all. No street noise.

Close to the Miami International Airport with fast and easy shuttle services. This hotel is kept clean and in impeccable condition. We always travel here and have packages shipped ahead, they log and track all packages very thoroughly and require your signature when you pick your packages up. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Was on 2 week long stay . It’s a new property with rooms everything new which was good . Special thanks to joe who did my booking and took care of everything during my stay . Also the rest of the staff are very nice and courteous.They have the shuttle service which is great . Hygiene n mask policy was very good considering the pandemic. Right across to airport station to connect on bus , train . All in all a great stay .

Got stuck in Miami, thanks American Airlines, but Staybridge had a room available! Lobby is spacious and clean. Room was larger than expected, very clean, had a full kitchen, large desk, and couch, and the bed was SO NICE. Good water pressure and water got Hot! Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but the breakfast to go was decent and the shuttle bus driver was very helpful and courteous. 10/10!

I actually love this location. I enjoyed staying here because of the hospitality, airport shuttle, the suites and the breakfast. Too bad Uber drivers have to be told to come to the valet area and not the side entrance to pick you up. Be that it may, there is no doubt I will stay at this property again and again.

Had to stay here for business, good staff, I liked the breakfast, they offered actual fresh fruit instead of the canned stuff. My biggest complaint was the room smelled awful, apparently they allow smoking indoors, it was unbearable. Carpet needed replacement, floor was dirty, but rest seemed clean enough. I couldn't stay here again because of the smoking, but otherwise decent place. Oh and good coffee. Tip, Tuesday and Wednesday has free happy hour, and parking is $20 for valet or self park, so just valet.
