Great experience parking. We were able to enter the facility by our EZ Toll Tag, parked and were picked up at our vehicle. On the way back a shuttle was there to pick us up quickly and we were dropped off at our vehicle and exited via our toll tag. Couldn't be simpler.

Great price, excellent service, shuttle buses from parking to terminal and vice versa are quite often. The drivers are very helpful with the luggage. All parking spots are covered. The bus driver will pick up and drop off from your parking spot. Overall very good experience parking with them

The preflight parking lot at IAH is quite big and mostly covered spots. There was an associate standing right at the entrance gate to assist with an easy checkin process. If you reserve online, make sure you print out the barcode email they send you. We left our car a week and no issues...only evidence that the area is quite dusty. (Car was completely covered with it) Would be beneficial to have a car wash station on site. Majority of the spots require some figetting to park as there's not much clearance between cars. The drives for pickup and the drive to the airport were prompt and excellent. Make sure to keep the slip the driver gives you as you will need to provide it to return.

I booked Fine Airport parking in November and I couldn’t have asked for a better service! To the airport after being dropped off I had accidentally left my small purse on the shuttle that had my ID etc in there running behind already I was in a panic. Two wonderful women were in another fine shuttle we’re waiting outside when I ran out to find the shuttle we got off of already left they let us get on & she drove to find the driver to get my purse & dropped us back off at the gate within 10 minutes we were on our way to boarding! If it wasn’t for them we would have missed our flight. They actually picked us up when getting back & it was such a pleasant experience! This is the way to go if you are flying out from IAH! Way cheaper than airport parking, only 2.5 miles from the airport, picked me up right after I parked, took us straight to our terminal and were waiting at their designated location for pick up after I picked up my bags. Shuttles run every 15min. Completely gated, professional staff and shuttles. I wasn't worried about my car all. Covered parking. Two thumbs up!

I booked covered parking for a day at Houston bush airport, got confirmation email, reminder email with details on what to expect.
On the day, as soon as I parked my car, the shuttle was ready, she gave me a token on where I parked, this helped when picking up and she also helped with baggage without any tip expectation.
On arrival, I called number and informed I am Gate, they picked me up in less than 5 mins, driver checked my token and dropped me next to my car... super cool.
I reserved parking for a day, but picked car 30 mins over time, for which an additional $2 was charged while exiting better than addition day. I like it, Thank for the service.

I made reservations online. The price was lower than most shuttles. I arrived at 6 am at the location and a shuttle was returning there. The driver waited on us to unload our car. He helped load the luggage onto the shuttle. On our return, it took about 10 minutes before the next shuttle came to the airport. I didn't have to call because they run every 15 minutes. We got the same shuttle driver and he was still courteous and helpful as before. I will definitely use them again.

I always use Pre-Flight when flying out of IAH. Everyone is always so nice & helpful. Busses are always clean & well air conditioned. I must share what happened my last flight. I left my backpack on the bus with some personal things including my wallet that had cash money & credit cards in it. (luckily I had my license in my pocket). However I called dispatch immediately when I noticed I left it. The driver hadn’t returned yet. They called me back within 15 minutes to let me know that the bag was turned in & I could come get it. I informed them that I was boarding my flight & wouldn’t be back for 2 days. They insured me that they would lock it up in the office instead of lost & found at the booth. I returned back at 1:00am 2 days later. I had no trouble at all receiving my bag & it was locked up in the office as they stated it would be. The inside contents of the bag hadn’t been touched, all my cash & everything else was still there. I am so appreciative of the staff there.

We've been parking at this same lot for the last 15 years and have been through 3 ownership changes during that time. You're always scared about what's going to happen when a business changes ownership, but we're happy to report that they are even better than before. Due to our flight coming in at 12:30am, we used some of our free parking credits to upgrade to Valet this time and couldn't have been more pleased with the extra level of service. Our car was waiting for us when we pulled in, a/c on and even a rose on the console. Nice touch! Your drivers and the girls working the front booth are always friendly and polite. Great job....keep it up. We'll see you on our next trip!

Great experience!! Covered parking for a great price! They picked us up immediately when we parked. They loaded our luggage and got us to the airport terminal ASAP and unloaded our luggage. When we returned, they were right there waiting at 11:30pm and took us directly to our vehicle. Unfortunately, our vehicle had a flat tire and the shuttle driver helped us get it fixed up to drive home. Great prices, friendly, speedy, accommodating and an overall great experience. Will use them EVERY TIME!!

Wow. I've been using The Parking Spot for the last 2 years and had NO IDEA there was a better option! If you've ever tried long-term parking at IAH in Houston, you know the shuttle situation can be frustrating. I didn't experience this at all with On Air Parking. The shuttles were insanely fast, the drivers friendly, and the rate was fantastic (better than the Parking Spot)! I will absolutely use them next time I need to park at the airport :) Pro tip: They pick-up at Terminals A-D. If you're in terminal E, just take the shuttle to literally any other terminal, and they'll be there speedy fast to pick you up.

This is unacceptable and I will no longer use your services. Again the staff is wonderful but the wait time for pick up leaves a lot to be desired

Good parking place overall, I have used their services three times so far.
And overall I am satisfied, I paid through the app every time so when you come at the entrance you just need to scan a barcode and the gate opens where someone welcomes you and tells you where to park.
In all three times I used there services, not even a minute passed by and the shuttle was already near my car ready to pick me up and take me to my terminal.
The shuttles are not super fancy or anything like that but they are overall decent.
The driver handles the customer a small piece of paper where he writes down the parking location of your vehicle and you should keep that with you for when you return.
My main concern was always about the shuttles on the way back especially since I have always landed at around 1 or 2 AM but- after calling them and requesting a shuttle- I am happy to say that the longest period of time I needed to wait for the shuttle on the way back was about seven minutes or so.
there app is kind of lame and looks like an app from 2010...
The prices are not the cheapest compared to Eco or Eco2 for example, but after reading a lot of negative reviews about those companies I have decided to pay a few extra bucks for the convenience and the peace of mind. Overall you get what you pay for.

Always friendly service!! I’m greeted every time I scan in to drop off my car and as soon as I board one of their buses. I can tell that the employees enjoy what they do. I have yet to encounter someone who did not want to be at work. The prices are also very competitive to other airport parking companies. I also haven’t had any problems in terms of safety or car damage. Highly recommend. Will continue to use.

My husband and I always use this parking/shuttle service when we travel. This pAst weekend I went out of town and parked there. When I returned and got to my car I noticed the window on the passenger side was rolled all the way down. I checked to see if anything was missing but thankfully not was tampered with. Goofed and left my sunglasses on the bumper of my car when getting picked up by the shuttle. When getting dropped off at the airport, I remembered and asked the driver if he could check and set them aside if he found them. Called later that evening to see if they found them and they did! I would like to thank the staff and their Manager again from last night. We had a 14 hours drive, came straight here to pickup my daughter's car and her car was completely dead. The staff acted right away to help. The beautiful Manager and the gentleman who helped me was so sweet and kind. The whole staff all the way to the front booth was very nice. It something you don't want to see after driving that long successfully then some more to Kemah, as where I live. And one of the ladies from the front booth handed me a rose on the way out as I said goodbye. It definitely made my day. Thank you all so much. Had an issue on our last time using the parking reservation, for some reason I didn't get an email with the parking pass, only the reservation confirmation. We were able to scan the reservation ID, but when we went to leave the lot, we had no record of a parking pass to get out. The staff was amazing, helpful, and understanding of the issue. They even made sure we were not double charged and helped us in charging us the charges we had done from our prior parking using them. I will always use this parking lot service when having to fly from the Houston Airport.
