I had previously used a valet service but the wait times for the car to be brought to the airport were getting longer and longer so I decided to try a lot with a bus service. I chose Park N Fly mainly because the rate was the most reasonable but I was really surprised by how smoothly everything went. A shuttle bus arrived immediately as I was exiting the airport and the fact that they pick you up and drop you off at your car's actual space in the lot is a really nice touch. It was also a breeze to have paid for the booking online in advance and just scan my phone to get in and out of the lot and the complimentary water bottle was a lovely bonus! Drivers were also very nice.

I love this lot! I accidentally left my keys on the shuttle going to the airport and didn't realize it until I was at security. They held onto my keys until I returned from vacation 5 days later. I also need a jump when I returned due to leaving my interior light on in my car (I was apparently in a rush to leave on vacation ). The employees are fantastic, professional and friendly. They were able to assist me with jumping my car and I was on my way within minutes. I will recommend this lot to everyone and anyone that is looking for a place to leave their car when traveling. I will use this lot from now on whenever I travel from Philadelphia airport.

When we arrived at the Park ‘N Fly parking lot, the van driver followed us until we parked our car. He got our bags out off the trunk and put them into the van. We enjoyed pleasant conversation until we arrived at the airport. He unloaded our bags for us upon arrival. Additionally, he gave us very clear directions for when we returned as well as a slip of paper with our parking spot aisle and number! When we returned, we only waited about five minutes until the van arrived. We were tired from our traveling so we were quite grateful. We will certainly use this service from now on. Thank you!

5 stars... Hands down! I used their Valet service and could not be more happy. Drop off was very easy, and everyone helped me with getting my bags into the shuttle. It was only about a 8 minute ride to the airport.

When my flight came in 7 days later I texted them to let them know I arrived and they called me to confirm my details and they showed up 10 minutes later. They had my car ready and running for me when the shuttle dropped us back off at the lot.

Drop off was a bit stressful. Despite having a reservation for 7 days, the lot was full. Told to park via Valet which was fine. However, no one at Valet so had to wait for a bit. Pickup was a breeze. Shuttle took a while (15-20 min) but car was ready to be driven off. Would use again. Thanks.

We did the he self parking. Did not have to wait for the shuttle service. Driver helped us with our luggage. The one issue is that it’s not easy to find parking. And there isn’t much maneuvering space, making it hard to park. A great plus was the fridge stocked with free cold water bottles on the way out. That was great we were dehydrated and that was really great.

The shuttles run pretty steady to and from the airport so not a long wait. The Valet service had the car right there when we stepped off the shuttle. Staff was very helpful and patient.

Nice facilities. Pleasant staff and reasonable rates. The bottle of water is nice at checkout. My only complaint is your vans are not circling the airport at pickup from baggage claim as often as the other companies and I have to call to request a pickup.

I found Park N Fly ...on the fly...I was on my way to another airport parking facility when I saw the sign. I backed up and thought this would be a better location for me. And it was. I parked my vehicle and the shuttle picked me up from my vehicle opposed to walking to a shuttle stop. this was great due to the heaviness of my luggage. The driver was nice clean in his appearance and very helpful. I felt safe with him and his driving. My return shuttle trip was just as comfortable. No complaints at all. Upon parking my vehicle I was given a 1 day free parking coupon. This was a nice treat after splurging on my trip. I travel frequently and will absolutely use Park and Fly again.

If you are looking for the convenience of parking your own vehicle in a secure parking lot and quick service to and from the airport then Park 'N Fly is the way to go. Using the App on my phone made the booking reservation so easy. Once arriving all I had to do was scan my bar code and easy access to a parking spot. Shuttle was right there once we parked. The quick ride to the Airport was great. Returning from vacation was also a quick pick up, there happen to be a shuttle already picking up passengers. We were dropped off at our car. We went to checkout and since it was already paid for on the app the only thing the teller did was scan the bar code and we were on our way home. Park 'N Fly is the way to go for us in the future and recommend it to anyone else.

When I arrived the self park spots were supposedly full & I was directed to the valet park section. Employees were very helpful. The shuttle was very prompt. I will use again.

Everything was so easy. The shuttle followed me to my parking spot and I was on the way to the airport within minutes of arriving at the parking lot. Our experience got off to a rocky start to say the least. We had a customer from out of town flying in to pick up a vehicle he had purchased our drive drove for 2 hours to drop off the vehicle and the man at the Valet gate was incredibly rude to my driver we had to book a reservation even though the service said no reservation is required? We finally set the reservation and showed the rude man at the gate and it still wasn't good enough. I was at my wits end. I was about to cancel and go elsewhere. Until Ms. Jackie Stepped in to help us she was amazing. She came over showed the rude man how to do his job the correct way and got us checked in and taken care of quickly. She was such a blessing. For Valet, When I drove up through the automated gate, I was greeted and took no time to get the car checked in and onto the bus. Quick.When I was picked up from my return, driver helped my with my bags, and the same, my car was ready and off I went. AAA discount helps with parking fees too.

I booked our valet spot on line. I created an account and was able to access my reservation easily. I paid in advance, which made things less complicated once we arrived and departed.

All they did was scan my QR code! Easy.

We arrived, someone off loaded our luggage for 6 out of my van and into the shuttle. We were dropped off at the correct gate, and when we landed home at PHL all you have to do is text the number with your gate and terminal number/letter. They picked us up curbside, and we did the opposite of when we arrived.

I would totally recommend! Convenient, affordable and very friendly customer service

I recently accidentally left a window on my car open while away and a lot attendant there took the time to put plastic and painters tape over it. The level of service was amazing! From the reservation, to the time I picked up my car! Assef, Solemain and Solomon (please forgive any wrong spelling) were so warm and helpful! The shuttle was clean and warm. One was waiting for me as soon as I arrived! I made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. (It's close by) I was also picked up pretty quickly on return. Make sure you have a copy of or digital proof of your confirmation or you will have to pay again. Prices are better if you reserve ahead of time on their site and the prices are way better than the airport! I recommend this company and will absolutely use them again!

I highly recommend park n fly, it’s really convenient. Easy to access facility, apron arrival they scan your phone and take your car(for valet), hop on their bus and head to the airport for drop off at your airline. No waiting, not a lot of stopping or overcrowded buses. Upon airport departure there’s no wait time for your bus to bring you back to the parking site, just super easy. Prices have gone up and are too high now unfortunately, hopefully they go back down.

What a great experience. It was our first time using this lot due to an incredible promo/price. While the lot was full when we arrived, our car was willingly taken to valet, regardless of our reservation for self park. Everyone was efficient, kind, and helpful- easing so much stress that comes with traveling. When we returned tonight back to Philly, the shuttle picked us up quickly, and our car was ready to go as soon as we arrived back at the lot. Every staff member... from the shuttle driver to the valet assistance to the smiling lady checking us out at the booth, was incredible, even with it being later at night. Be alert! Your navigator might take you around the corner from the actual entrance. And if you paid for valet parking, don't drive through the gate, drive to the garage. The shuttle was instant, the guys on the ground very helpful. The price was the deciding factor. It's all good.

Convenient location. Lots of parking. Staff that I talked to was very courteous and professional. Clean lot. There was no hassle with the entire experience, I recommend this place for anyone in need of such a service. Also, the price is very fair for the professionalism provided

If you are coming to the airport by driving down Island Avenue, the parking lot is easy to find. From there it's a short shuttle bus drive to the airport, and shuttles were quickly available in both directions. Both coming and going, the drivers went out of their way to assist us. When leaving the airport, exit the area at baggage claim, stand in pickup area #3, and flag down the Park 'N Fly shuttle bus.

if you pay for a spot in advance; print out your receipt, take the ticket as you enter the lot, keep both of these hidden in your car, and then present both to the cashier as you exit.

If you arrive at PHL between 11pm and 7am, you'll need to phone the lot for a shuttle pickup, so keep the little ticket with that number with you. You may want to use this ticket to write down where in the lot you parked.

We had to drive home from Nashville to Philadelphia. Evan Helped us get to our car (while we drove our rental) and get us through to the check out with no effort on our part. He and the wonderful cashier made it stress free after a long 14 hour drive in the snow, ice and rain. 10/10 to both of them and we will definitely use park N Fly again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

We used Valet and it was well worth it. We were in and out of the parking place in about 5 minutes, driver took the keys and helped load our luggage on the bus. Coming back the only complaint I have is how long it took the driver to get to us, but it was probably because it was 400a.m. When you're tired 5 minutes can feel like 5 hours, lol. I would definitely park here again. Oh yeah, we made our reservation online.....it was simple and no hassle.
