Quick and efficient. Intercepted by van driver, who pointed to an available spot, then waited to assist us unload the luggage. He then helped us quickly get bags on to the van and provided us a slip of paper with the vehicle slot number for our return! When we DID return, the van was at the receiving point and actually moved UP to meet several of us passengers walking toward him, rather than waiting for us "to come to him"!!!! Wow. Always have had a good experience at Park N Fly Oakland. Shuttles pick you up instantly and don't need to fill up before driving the mile to the terminal. When you land, call or text the number and shuttle arrives in 5-10 minutes, if one isn't already there. I recently had an issue with their website not generating my reservation emails correctly, and with corporate phone system also down, the Lot Manager Hung Ly was very helpful and excellent in figuring it out and ensuring my reservation was placed correctly and that I could access it.

Wow! I've parked at a lot of long term parking lots before, but this is great and painless.
First off, download the app. Then make a reservation for the time you will be parked. Print out the code and use it to access the gate, park your car and wait for the shuttle to pick you up. The driver will give you a ticket for your parking space. When you return, use the app to notify Park 'N Fly you are there. The odds are the shuttle will be on the way. Give the driver the ticket and he will drop you off right at the door. Use the Code to exit the parking lot.
It was painless and a lot easier than most other parking lots. I strongly encourage anyone to use Park 'N Fly.

They made it easy to fix my reservation mistake. I made the reservation for a day later than I intended and when I arrived, the attendant told me it would be fine and just take a ticket. I was worried that it would be hard to get credit for the prepaid reservation when I was checking out. However, it was very easy and took less than a minute. He scanned both my ticket and my reservation and was charged only for the extra day.

The shuttle arrived at Oakland Airport 10 minutes later, again with assistance with bags. Upon return, the shuttle arrived the minute we arrived at the pickup point and before you knew it, we were back at our car. I received confirmation text messages the day before we left, the day before we returned. The messages provided a checkout code, and instructions on where to stand for the shuttle. The shuttle driver helped us with our bags. It was a good experience overall for drop off and pick up. Day time pick ups from the airport can take a little longer because you have a lot more people waiting than the shuttle can carry. Overall, this is one of the best airport parking service. Locating is really close to the airport. Shuttle picks you up right from your car. The airport is a short drive and not a far walk to the terminal after drop off. You can book and reserve online prior. Prices are affordable too. The pick up was so easy. I parked at Park n Fly a few years ago and was happy with the service but I switched to a competitor because their price was lower. That competitor changed ownership and became awful so I went back to Park n Fly and I was happy to find they were as good as I remembered. Super friendly service at the gate. Really easy with the company app to make reservations and enter/exit the facility. The car was protected well behind gates. It was nice to use the app to summons the shuttle to let them know we were ready to be picked up at the airport.
The only problem I had was that the in/out scanners did not work. I had trouble scanning my bar code from the app on the way in, and on the way out, so someone in the booth had to help me each time. That really needs be be looked at and scanners improved.
When we parked our car, it was nice to have the shuttle stop right by our car for luggage pickup. We received a piece of paper with our row and spot number. The only other suggestion I have is to somehow make it so that spot/row info is incorporated into the app. It seems silly to have a piece of paper and expect the customer remember where they parked. If I lost that slip of paper it would not have been fun trying to determine where our car was. The app is really good, and this should be added to the app somehow.
Overall a great experience and I would definitely park here again.

The parking lot is well organized and spaces are clearly marked. Frequency of shuttles to and from airport is double that of most other parking lot shuttles. Prices are decent, within 1 dollar of their competitors. The shuttle is very fast, and drivers are courteous and polite. I travel with 5 of us total, three kids and then my wife and I. So we have a bit of luggage to say the least. Great service, very helpful. On our way out, I left my glasses in our car ( kinda need those) and I had to go back, while the fam got through security. I told the driver, and he dropped me off at my car, swung over an isle to pick up another customer, and then came back to get me. Didn’t add more than 10 minutes to my time. Awesome. On the way back, we were in a shuttle full of adults, and he dropped us off at our car first, as it was 10 pm. I was very thankful he did that, as the kids were in need of some leg stretching. I will use them again, no matter which airport I fly out of.

The overall experience was great! The only thing that could have been better was the frequency of the shuttle. We arrived half hour past midnight and we had to wait for about 30 minutes as the first shuttle could not accommodate the crowd. But it then, it was late in the night and the driver said one other driver was off, may be that explains why only one shuttle was operating.I really liked the personalized service and will patronize Park-n-Fly just for this reason. I am talking about how the shuttle pulls up right to your parking stall for picking up as well as dropping off. Continue the great service!

I live in SJ and I fly out of OAK all the time due to lower flight costs. It’s so easy to book your parking. You get on their website (or app that I haven’t used) and put the days and time you want to park and pay in advance. You get a QR code via email that you use to open the gate to get in. The shuttle arrives and helps you get your luggage in the shuttle and you are on your way to the terminal. You tell the shuttle driver your parking spot and he gives you a ticket with your parking number. When you return you go to the place where you were dropped off (4F) and you hand the shuttle driver the same ticket the driver gave you and he drops you off at your car. I think it’s quicker than parking at the airport and walking with all your bags to the terminal. There are three parking option. There’s VIP where you park as soon as you enter, first picked up and dropped off. There’s also covered parking if you want to keep your car out of the elements or if it’s raining and then there’s regular parking. The entire parking lot is encircled within an electrified fence so it’s pretty hard to break in. Lots of nice cars park here and I’ve never seen broken glass on the floor. To leave you use the same QR code you used to enter. The shuttle location is on 98th ave and 1.7 miles from the airport and .7 miles from 880. Trust the ratings.

I absolutely appreciated the exceptional service I was provided in the pouring rain in the dark early hours at 4AM: there was a rep at the gate that scanned my QR code and told me to where to park and wait at my car with my hazards on so that the shuttle would pick me up at my car and get my luggage for me. I had questions about my parking situation and was able to easily reach somebody on the phone. This person was very helpful and informative. When I arrived at the lot in the morning the attendant was just as represented on the phone, helpful, informative, and kind. I was flying with my dog for the first time, and running late, so I was stressed, but he helped me step by step get parked and situated. When I returned to the lot I gave the attendant my pre-paid reservation and off I went, easy peasy. This parking lot is great. I was flying using a semi-private plane so didn't need their shuttle but a ride share service instead, and they do allow for that. It seemed like a fairly standard situation for them. Had to check in here as my pre-paid reservations at another lot was full when I arrived and had to get to the airport for an International flight. Very organized and informative, but parking here does not come cheap! Signage at the airport is void so finding where to pickup is dismaying and frustrating as YOU have to go to them not at baggage pickup as once was. But, Park-in-Fly has been around since the 70's.

I liked that I was able to reserve and pay in advance. The facility was clean and well lit. The shuttle was prompt and the driver was polite and professional. The parking spaces were large enough for my full size truck. And, the nice girl at the gate gave us water.

Super easy to get to and the drivers are helpful and got me to the airport quickly. Everyone I have encountered have been friendly and helpful. Also, the prices are good, especially if you book ahead of time!

It's a safe way for especially women who have to do business travel and come home at all hours. When it's late the driver always waited until I'm in my car before he drove off. I also know my car is protected. Airport parking late night is too scary

It was easy. Shuttle took me to the airport and found it at the bus stop. Make sure you ask them where the bus stops is for the way back. I didn't know what to do so I called them. Super courteous and instructed me what bus stop to go to. I'll do it again.

I so appreciate Park N Fly, and anytime I fly out of OAK, I always used Park N Fly. Drivers are consistently courteous and most are helpful with luggage. There is a relatively short wait time (again consistently). Exit cashier also always pleasant. I have had only positive experiences over the past several years, and as recently as a over the winter holidays.

We have used PNF several times now. And have always felt secure and catered to. Today my wife’s car had a dead battery and the attendants were there to help jump start it within a minute of calling the desk. They were very helpful and had great customer service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable per day. The shuttles run constantly (every 10 minutes) so you do not have to wait long for a ride to or from the airport. The lot is very close to the airport, so the ride is very quick. I like the frequent parker program and perks it offers.

Even during this Pandemic, PnF is doing what they can to provide safe and quality service to its customers. I have used their services twice in the past two months. Be sure to arrive early enough because they have limited service shuttles to get you to the airport but they are most accommodating and friendly.

Very convenient and super close to the Oakland International Airport. The shuttle is at your car immediately and quickly gets you to the terminal; upon your arrival home the wait for the shuttle back to Park 'N Fly is literally minutes (if not seconds!). The shuttle drivers are friendly, as are the staff who are at the gate. Our cars are always kept safe.

The lot is easy to find. Always a shuttle waiting at the lot. Price is better than a cab or ride sharing to and from my house. Drivers always help with luggage. New text feature to let them know you are ready for a pick up at airport. Car is safe in the lot. Have utilized the parking many times and my car has been safe and undamaged each time.

Always on time, I never have to wait long and I have used Park N Fly for about 20 years, off and on. My car has never been broken into, the Driver lifts my bags and is respectful. The clerks care and help out when I had an issue with checking in. Just really good place to park.

Great location, easy access to I-580. Shuttles are always ready to get you to the airport (4 minute ride). Drivers help load/unload your bags. Parking lot is very well lit and fenced for safety.

Rates are less than at the airport. Nice thing about parking here is the shuttle takes you right to the terminal. I can park here and get to the terminal faster and easier than parking at the airport.

Thursday morning of this past week we were expedited through the first gate with friendly words from an attendant reminding us that the bar-code would also be read on an inner gate. The van arrived almost before we could get our luggage from the car's trunk. It was all very pleasant and quick.
