Holiday Inn San Jose

What a nice hotel it was! I was fascinated and delighted with this five-star hotel that I went with during my two days' leave. All of their furniture and amenities were classy and elegant. I felt like I was a one-day billionaire living in a place full of happiness and calmness. The valet that was meant for me happened to be so loyal and humorous. Also, the housekeeper was showing the curved on their lips even if they had a busy day. Because of my satisfaction and contentment, I would book in their hotel again sooner. Thanks!

Hotel is close to the airport. For the price paid, it's good value. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and a few restaurants nearby. Hallway noise you can hear alot and the bathroom is small but efficient. Shower head has crazy pressure if that's your thing. Didn't check out the fitness center, but they do have the new peloton bikes in. Coffee machine in room for you to use.

From Shuttle Driver to Check out, the entire experience was great! Shuttle drivers were warm and friendly telling us as bout the amenities. A staff member met the shuttle and greeted us telling us about the amenities. Hotel and Room were clean. Checkout a breeze.

A good place to stay if you need a quick access to the SJC airport.

The place is very close to the airport and the room is nice and clean. The front desk is helpful and the lobby is large and relaxing. There is a nice little bar in the lobby too.

Since the breakfast is not included in the price, the fact that the hotel didn't offer a microwave in the room is a little disappointing. They also charge $13 for the parking.

Went down to Los Angeles for the World Series. This hotel was 1.5 miles walking to the Stadium. Felt very safe walking. Wonderful not to have to deal with parking! Could also walk to all the music venues and to Chinatown. Wonderful. Will not stay anywhere else when I go downtown!

The employees always had a smile, professional, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel and our room were beautiful and clean. The Garden Pasta with Chicken and the Monterey Chicken were delicious. It is conveniently close to the airport and we didn't hear the airport traffic at all. Thank you for a great stay. I look forward to our next visit.

My wife and I stayed for 1 night only. We arrived at 6.30pm, check-in was fast and pleasant. Staff were pleasant.

We were happy with our room which was clean and tidy, quiet, and comfortable.

Bar was nice to relax after long flight. The bar lady was pleasant and efficient at her job.

Check-out at 5am was easy and staff was very nice.

We were happy to be able to use the airport shuttle supplied free by the hotel.

Overall, we liked our stay very much and would stay here again.

Hotel reopened just over a week ago so there's some public space renovations happening. No issue with me given the current times. Hotel front desk staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. My ADA room was spacious compared to other hotels. Enough room to accommodate a scooter with no issues turning around without bumping into the walls or furniture. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. I liked how I was given a bag with the necessary items needed for coffee, shampoo and conditioner. Not have to worry about others touching or how long it sat there. I'm looking forward for a future visit to see the lobby bar and pool area, although closed, it looks very cool and inviting.

The hotel was quite good. It's different from some of those I remember staying at in the U.A.E.



When approaching the hotel, it looked like it had only two or three floors, but it turns out it had many more. I didn't take photos of the exterior, unfortunately.



I spent three nights while attending a conference. Every things was consistently good. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge and a coffee maker.



I would definitely recommend staying here if it's close to your event. I intend to do the same myself.

Very friendly restaurant staff and well maintained rooms.

My family and I spent two nights at this beautiful hotel over a break. We had two gorgeous rooms overlooking the outdoor pool. The hotel is amazing for they have complete room facilities and the scent inside was very relaxing and comfortable. For me, it was special rooms with superb bathrooms' design. They also have great service, and good food. Must visit! For sure you'll love it!

Good Part was breakfast. Tasty and heavy enough. The service was great in that area. But the room we stayed, the door lock of bathroom did not work.

Free coffee was the best part :)

The place is like a paradise. They welcome you like a family and make sure to help if you need anything. They offered free pick up from and to the place where you wanted. The breakfast is very delicious. The next day they provided me with a lunch meal when I asked. A delicious homemade meal prepared by the professional chef. The house is lovely and the rooms are very nice and comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel, twice and at both times, I received great customer service! The concierge staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Also, the hotel is located in a very convenient area closed to the Airport and surrounded by other hotels some shops and a small Mall are nearby. The rooms are of sufficient size and well cleaned. I strongly recommend staying here!

This stunning hotel and exemplary service was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we're greeted with a warm cup of tea, a small bouquet of flowers with our room key till we had to leave the following day we could not speak any higher of the surroundings and staff. The attention to detail was immaculate!

Although it's under renovation it still is a good hotel. Good parking availability, but a little too dark. Staff were kind and helpful. There is a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast buffet was pricey considering it was the same food you could get at Denny's which is only a block away. The room was decent. The water was always hot. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. The carpet felt old and dirty. The room doors were heavy which is good for security but the "slamming" of surrounding doors was frustrating. The curtains kept the room dark, even on the ground floor. Basic toiletries were available. Keurig in room.
