Very clean. Polite staff. Covid safety followed very well. Nice quiet location with very close proximity to the interstate, fast and sit down food, pharmacy and shopping. A large variety of ethnic food places also. Clean pool and workout room also. Great place to stay.

The staff are nice. The lobby is actually pretty neat and like most embassy suites it's an atrium design. However the room we are in was supposed to be a wellness room but the shower curtain and tub have mold on them of a darker variety, the shower head filter needs to be changed or the connection tephloned, breakfast was powdered scrambled eggs with home fries and rubbery bacon (but free) and there were cold breakfast options.

So don't go in for the extra payment on a "wellness" room. Even the air purifier has poor circulation and a light so bright we out a pillow over it to sleep.

The breakfast and cleanliness issues might be better pre and post pandemic when the staff aren't busy moving signs around and adding clean stickers to room doors.

Have to say my 2 week stay was not that comfortable. Very enclosed feeling room, with small upgrades that didn’t make my room any more comfortable. Toilet is small and not comfortable to be a male sitting on it, unless you want your male parts swimming in toilet water. Bad A/C system my room was usually warm even at a low setting. Loud water pipes in my room. During my stay I noticed there was a convention/soccer tournament, and noticed that Covid-19 precautions were not being taken serious for guest. Large groups in lobby without mask and social distancing measures. Cleaning procedures sucked at this hotel, I’ve experienced much higher cleaning precautions taken at other Hilton locations. This hotel was taking cleaning procedures at a minimum level. The options at the bar for social/business hours were low quality spirits and beer. At other locations I’ve had better options to enjoy. Last and not least the 10$ Parking is a joke it’s not even covered, and I definitely didn’t notice any security guards walking around. This is the first embassy suites I’ve stayed at with a parking fee. Being a diamond member of Hilton this hotel definitely disappoints on all levels. I travel to Raleigh quiet often and will not make the mistake of staying here again. The Arco embassy suites location is much better. To be frank any hotel would probably be better.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and the spacious. The breakfast is not bad at all too. compared to a lot of other places I've stayed at in the Raleigh-Durham area this is a great one.

1.) Unprofessional staff- front desk associate treated a vet like a homeless person even though I bought a room in advance.

2.) Bugs- I have pictures of 10 different bugs in my room when brought to staffs attention they ignored me, lucky I couldn't get a refund. 3.) Bathroom the shower head wasn't fully attached and I could still see the plumbers tape from the shot job.

4.) Cleanliness- I had to clean my bathroom, looks like nobody cleaned it.

5.) Trash in the parking lot and the trashcan was full outside for hours.

I would of had a more pleasant experience sleeping out side in the 50 degrees weather raining.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The rooms are nice and offer a lot of space. However, I did not think the stay was enjoyable. The occupancy certainly could not be be such that they could not offer rooms that are 100% functional. I walked into the room to find it had a connecting door. These should never be offer unless requested or as an absolute last choice. They tend to be noisy. I went into the bedroom and found a dirty cleaning rag laying onto of the lamp. The room was freezing and the heat did not work. I called down to the front desk three times and got no answer. So I pulled a blanket out of the closet and just dealt with it. So typical of the lack of customer service today.

Professional and highly efficient staff, who go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Spectacular entryway/lobby area. Newly renovated guest rooms/areas throughout entire hotel. One of my favorite hotels.
