The WORST parking lot I ever used. Though my fiancé and I made deals with a parking service that guaranteed that we would not be penalized for COVID-19 and our military order did not allow us to travel. The parking service and parking lot did not see eye to eye; therefore, after getting to the guardrail and questioning the full payment my fiancé was entrapped. The owner would not listen or let her go unless she paid the full amount. (even though we made two payments) The owner was so rude and had no regard for the situation. My suggestion never use Airpark Newark.
Safe place to park and great prices. Shuttle service is always kind and thoughtful. I will use airpark every time I go away on business/leisure trips.

The service from all the staff is very professional, helpful, and friendly.
From the moment I pulled in and parked my car, the shuttle was right there waiting. Took me to my terminal in no time. Same goes for when I returned. No need to call for pick-up the shuttle passes frequently.
The lot is secure, well lit, clean, blacktop, and has plenty of parking spots. The shuttles are also clean and comfortable. Oh, did I mention very reasonable pricing. (look for specials)!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I am still waiting to be contacted by a manager as i was promised by Jeniffer that I will be contacted in 24 hours. It is now 4 days.
I attempted to book a reservation on the website but it wasn’t successful. I arrived at the parking lot and showed a screenshot to the attendant Jessica who tried to book online with me on my phone and we were not successful because of a glitch in their system.
She called the manager who said I should take a ticket and they could not give me the 7.99 offer on the website, but rather 9.99. I had no choice.
When I arrived after 13 days, I had to wait for over 30 minutes at the gate as i was not allowed to leave after an 8 hour international flight. I requested Jeniffer to contact the manager, she said it is too late in the day to call him... and even though there were notes regarding my ticket in the system. Finally.. after 30 minutes of waiting at the gate, Jeniffer contacted the manager who said I should pay the full price of 12.99 and he will contact me in 24 hours. I still waiting. Not only did I not get the advertised offer of 7.99 online, I did not also get the 9.99 offer. Seems like a bait and switch to me.
Obviously their customer service is poor.

Fast, easy, cheap, convenient. The lot was well lit and felt very safe, unlike some other lots I've been to. The shuttle was quick and took me right to my car and unloaded all my bags. Well done.
