Have used the valet parking at JAX airport twice in 1 month. The 1st time was when I encountered problems. I was able to get on an earlier flight so used the text instructions outlined on the back of my valet slip to alert them of my new arrival time. However, they never read my text messages so my vehicle was not ready when I arrived. They contacted the manager and I was told that she would email me a voucher for free parking (this never happened). Two weeks later on my 2nd trip I mentioned to the attendants that I never received an email from their manager, they gave me her business card. I emailed her outlining what took place and that I hadn't received any communication from her, as promised.... as of this writing I have not received a response from her (yes, I checked spam). The attendants have been great but it appears that the assistant facility manager does not follow up with customers questions or concerns.
A warning about space: I attempted to use them for a 3rd time in May, pulled up at 10:30am on a Friday but was told that they were full for short term parking so would have to use the JAX parking garage. Get there early! for a spot.
