Shuttle Transportation to/from Los Angeles LAX Airport

405 Airport Parking also provides free shuttle service to and from each LAX terminal building. In order to find a shuttle stop in this parking deck, go to Level 1 of the parking garage, and the shuttle waiting area will be to the left of the parking entrance. The shuttle transportation services operate 24/7, approximately every 25-30 minutes. Therefore, you should plan ahead and include more time for parking before starting your trip.

How to catch a shuttle at LAX back to 405 Airport Parking?

When you arrive at the airport, take the luggage and go outside to the ground transportation island in front of the airport terminal. Find the red “Hotel Shuttles” sign where you will wait for airport shuttle buses. Call 405 Airport Parking LAX office at 310-216-0845 to tell the dispatch your terminal number or send a “pick up” text with the terminal number to 310-439-5335. Additionally, you can track the arrival time of your shuttle bus if you download the Ride Systems app.

Please note:

  • Whether you make a reservation or not, you need to pull a parking ticket when entering the parking area. Upon exit, show your ticket and printed reservation (if you booked the spot) to the parking attendant.

Horrible. I didn’t park with them. I parked at the valuepark right across from 405. My email for my parking with my code to exit had somehow got deleted so I had to use 405 to exit. They charged me 150 for the week I had been parked and after calling back with my original parking receipt I was able to have resent they only offered me two options. Dispute charge with my original reservation or dispute charge with my credit card company. Had no real information on it either. Only answer was “no refund” when it boiled down to me being double charged. -10/10

No spaces. Only got one coz someone left as I was circling trying to find a spot. Elevators were all broken / out of service so a nice walk down seven levels of parking structure with luggage. The number they tell you to call in case your car is blocked in just rings and no one picks up. Voicemail not set up either. No one around to ask or help. This was just parking to get to the airport. Haven't had the return experience yet. Wouldn't use again.

Positives: good service. The thing is though, this is a good alternative to LAX in terms of less traffic. Pickup and dropoff area is easy to find too.

Negatives: I don't like the restrooms too much, and this airport gave a very cramped feeling during May. Busy and super crowded.

terrible experience parking at this facility. Staff is terrible and place is very dirty.We have parked the The Spot and it is much better. Thats what i get for trying to save money. Please do not do it. you will regret it. The lady at the gate was very rude and charged us full date which was almost as much as paid for 2 and 1/2 days. I was only a few minutes late. this place is very unorganized and dirty. The bus must of had 140% capacity and no respect for Covid rules. People were sitting on each sit and as many people standing. I felt very unsafe.

Poorly light, vehicles parked to far over the underpass on every level making difficult to manover around them safely. Plus, their shuttle service is not reliable by any means. Upon each time, there are 2 shuttles when arriving at the lot. They took off together and never returned for over 45 minutes after waiting. Took Uber to airport, so not to miss flight.

Upon return, requested pickup. Waited over 45 minutes, called and was told "shuttles are running ". Waited another 20 minutes, no shuttle. Took 105 Parking shuttle, that passed by at least 6 times while waiting and took Uber to 405 parking. Upon arrival at 405 parking, 2 shuttles just arrived at the same time, just like last time.

104 Parking is well lighted, clean and much better shuttle service, plus friendly employees.

Arrived with a reservation at the lot in plenty of time to make our flight. After driving back and forth, for about 20 minutes, through aisle after aisle we discovered there were no empty spaces. The attendant told us to park on another level marked 'no overnight parking'. When we returned from our trip we waited nearly 45 minutes for the shuttle from LAX back to the lot. We then learned that our reservation had expired and that we would be charged for an additional day at the max rate (double the reservation rate). The female gate attendant (Assad?) was so rude and loud in demanding payment for the additional day. She was not at all interested in a happy customer or a good review. 405 Parking was less than other parking options. We won't make the same mistake again. Buyer beware! Miserable experience.

Parked 2 days paid the reservation online they charged me 3 days then charge me an extra $15 fee.

Well, they had a good discount going. BUT— the shuttle bus has zero accommodation for COVID spacing precautions. People added to the bus long after you had people sitting right next to you.

Car got jacked in :/. So despite the incredible price, call an Uber and go to the airport. Staff are passionate about their job! When I mentioned the event, instead of apologizing, they boasted how good their security was. It is expected for them to mention that it is a secure place because they couldn’t care less.

I’m not trying to advertise for the ride sharers nor for the competition. However, avoid this concrete, tight, ruthless complex for other options despite its very low price.

Be careful of these guys. Their website shows a competitive price, but when you return from your trip, the price magically significantly increases. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Nice covered parking. 7 levels. Be sure to take a pic of the phone number by shuttle pick up so you can call when you're ready to be picked up at airport to be returned to parking so you dont have to wait.

It's reasonably priced if you go to cheap airport parking.com, there's a barrier in and out the parking is covered but there's no way in heaven that it's patrolled and your vehicles are safe. You take your chance. I use it and I'll keep using it though There are plenty of buses to and from LAX.

I made reservations online a couple days prior to arriving, parked for 2 days and everything seemed fine, until we got back from our trip. I had called for them to send a shuttle to the airport pickup but the lady that answered could not speak enough English to communicate. She couldn’t understand what I was saying and kept repeating instructions to go to the “hotel shuttle signs on the second floor” I told her I was already there, waiting. It was really hard to understand her heavy accent. After about 15 more minutes, my husband had to call back to make sure the shuttle had been sent, but it had not. She said it would be there in ANOTHER 15 minutes. Having a small child with us, sitting in the sun, made it all that more frustrating . After waiting for a total of about 45 minutes, we saw the 405 bus coming around the corner and finally made it back to our car (yay) BUT as we tried to exit the gate, we were stopped and asked for payment (but we made reservations online and already paid). She said she needed “proof” of our payment. All I had was a screenshot of the reservation and that wasn’t enough. She couldn’t communicate how to get “proof” that we paid online and the company had no record of it.she wanted us to pay again. We did end up getting out after arguing for a couple minutes. Overall, the experience parking at 405 parking garage added more stress and unease to our trip. I will not be parking with them for future trips.

Standard garaged self park. Smallish stalls so not so good for pick up trucks. I felt safe even though lighting is a bit dim. Elevator worked. Shuttle is shared with the 405 garage across the entrance alleyway. Remember the text number, to summon shuttle on your return.

Waited over 1 hour for shuttle. This was after I called and was told 30 minutes. When I called back after 45 and 55 minutes, all I received was "voicemail full". Lucky I got on at terminal 2. The shuttle was full by terminal 4 and was heading back. You could see people's trying to wave down the shuttle as we passed the other terminals. The problem is obvious. They run no more than one shuttle every 1/2 hour to an hour while the competition was picking people up every 10 minutes sometimes less. I will never use them again.

You get what you pay for. We called dispatch, we were advised to stand at terminal 2 and wait for the shuttle. We see a shuttle but can't make out if it's "405" or "105"...by the time we saw it read "405" the driver blew past us without stopping. We waved him down he was already passed us. We called dispatch AGAIN. She told us he would wait at terminal 3. As we're walking up to the shuttle the driver is outside shaking his head with his hands on his waist like we were his children or something. He tried to argue with me that we didn't wave him down. We didn't have a chance to wave him down because he blew right past up. Rude. Horrible service. We will never use them again.

I booked before reading any reviews. when I read the reviews I was terrified so I went one hour early to find a spot, surprisingly I parked right away. Waited for the shuttle bus for less than 5 minutes.

After two days when I came back, I texted and called for the shuttle bus, it came after 22 minutes and the driver was very kind, helped me with my luggage.

Overall the service was very good and when you put the price in the equation, it is outstanding!

It seemed secure enough, I guess. Shuttle was fine. Staff was nice.

Only issue was waiting for them to get the other cars out of the way so we could get our car out. They double/triple park and stuff the structure absolutely full.

You get what you paid for at this garage. Dropped off at airport at 6 am was no problem. However getting back from airport was another story. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes for a pick up, then another 30 minutes at garage before I could check out of garage. They parked a car behind me! And since airport rules now only allow hotel and private shuttles to drop off/pick up of passengers on upper level 405 takes advantage by doing both at same time!

Usually shuttles take like half to 45 min so come prepared. Very convenient and better then other parkings in the area.

Poor service. VERY POOR. I arrived at 7am this morning at the 405 parking structure . I had parking reservations set for 8am. There was no attendant at the entrance to give instructions .

Luckily, I was instructed by a parking attendant at the 3rd level to go to the 7th floor to meet and drop my car off to valet whom was not there and could not be found. Myself along with 15-20 other customers were parked in our cars waiting until a valet attendant arrived @ 8:15am. Nearly a half a dozen were frustrated and left the structure prior to this. Once the valet took my keys and gave me a ticket, I hurried to the elevator along with other customers to get to the very next shuttle. We waited for 5+ minutes until the valet advised us that the elevator was out of service and to take the stairs... 7 levels down to the ground-level to catch the next shuttle. Time was running out.

Once we all arrived to ground level we had to wait 10min for the shuttle.

Poor service. Poorly staffed and very unorganized to be close to lax. We all arrived late to our terminal because 405 Parking was late to work. I witnessed poor performance & productivity from the (2) attendants I saw.



Today is Tuesday, November 12. I returned to retrieve my vehicle and the elevators are still down -out of service after four (4) days. They told me that I would have to go and get my car that is on the sixth (6) floor and I am partially disabled. They are charging me to have my vehicle brought down to me

DON’T RECOMMEND! Avoid this business at all costs. Waited over 1 hr and half for a shuttle to still not be taken to the structure. In that time 1 shuttle came and was filled quickly. We were denied entry on the shuttle due to capacity and were informed that there was only 1 driver for the night! Ordered an Uber instead.

Good price yes.close to LAX.However when we returned and waited for pickup back to parking ,one shuttle just passed by in the third lane eventhough i was out in The road waving.The driver turned and saw me.did not come back.While we were there all other shuttle companies had swung by 3-5 times.we had to call them.took another 30 min.when we got to the parking house all the car were double parked.We called and they picked up the second time we called .took another 20 min before someone came to move the car in front of us.all in all we will use another company in the future.

Last night I along with other customers Last night I along with other customers were left at terminal 7 for 1 1/2 hours waiting for a shuttle. We saw 2 go past in that time, were hung up on, or sent to voice mail. Finally, a Holiday Inn shuttle picked us up. This is beyond bad service. You will definitely be out of business if you continue in this direction. If you offered us something last night or today, you might keep some of us, otherwise none if us will be back. But then again, maybe you just don't care.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. There's a reason why this parking lot is cheaper in comparison to other lots, and it's because they have two shuttle buses to pick passengers up at LAX. We called their number to let them know we're waiting outside...40 minutes later, a shuttle passes by, and they're so full that they didn't bother to even stop to tell us another is on its way. We were so fed up with waiting that we took a taxi to the parking structure.....absolutely ridiculous. Spend your money at Wally's or Joe's...they have shuttles that arrive every 5-10 minutes, and their drivers are much nicer. I'll never use 405 again.

I had paid for a covered parking space only to find that all covered spaces were designated as Valet so I had to park in the top open floor. It took them over 45 minutes to pick us up at the terminal after numerous unanswered calls & tests. We came to find a Lexus parked in front of my car. After over 20 minutes of calling them to move it, an employee named Javier finally came up. When I asked him why they had so many cars blocking other parked cars, he gave me a very rude answer 'don't bother me, you need to talk to the management'. Pathetic service & pathetic staff. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I do not normally write reviews but this time I have to. For several years, we have been parking our car at 405. But on our recent experience, it was bad. Friday we have to wait for a shuttle to take us to LAX. I’m glad we have given ourselves enough time so we time to spare. Today we came back from our Chicago flight at 11:30, I send a message that we need to be picked up at Terminal 1 Southwest, message us back about 25 to 30 minutes and call back if no bus that comes. All other parking shuttle bus has passed by, but no 405 comes. I tried calling to asked what time the bus will come but no answer.

Finally the bus came, he was dropping off passengers not even at the designated red parking where we are standing at. We waved because it seems like the driver have no intention to stop. Luckily he did, but make a sarcastic remark to my husband. He seems like annoyed, people like this should not represent company they requires dealing with customers. Sad....

She explained that her website over booked her. We asked how she could help us and she reiterated valet or she could cancel our reservation. For a long term parking it's nice. Fairly priced and relatively easy access from the freeway. It is crowded so if you don't have a spot, you'll have to leave your keys with them. Fairly clean for a busy parking lot and there's always someone at the gate. Good experience over all and would return if I am to travel again

I wanted self-service parking, so that other people would not be driving my car, but the facility was over-booked and valet was the only option. (they should have told me that when I made the reservation) They parked my car in a fire lane (isn't that illegal?) and when I returned from my trip they had to move seven cars just to get mine out. That took an extra 30 minutes.

I regularly park for LAX and it was suggested by my employer to reduce parking cost. That was my motivation to make a reservation with 405 Parking. The online registration system was simple and straight forward. After making the reservation and then reading the reviews I was very concerned that my experience would be a nightmare during this time of year. The parking garage was almost full only leaving the roof top 8th floor for parking. There was a shuttle waiting by the exit to take me to the terminals.

After returning from my trip, I followed the directions on the card you are given from shuttle driver. Text your terminal number and wait 25-30 minutes. If the shuttle is late they supply you with a direct shuttle number in the return text message. The shuttle arrived approximately 15 minutes later. Not bad. It is a short drive to the parking garage. I returned to my vehicle to find it had not been blocked and it took little time to pay, and exit the garage. Overall, I will try 405 Parking again.
