They didn't even let me check in... I had lost my Identification at the mall... Still had my debit and credit cards(Even mail from my home address for the debit cash cards).. Still said I didn't have proper identification to enter a room I paid for... Moral of the story they got a free night outta me... I never checked in to a room I paid for... Never again.... Never....

Good price decent room weird though $200 cash only deposit. Weekly booking. Have stayed in 500 hotels in my lifetime this is a first bizarre

No breakfast, room was dingy and outdated, staff was friendly but they charge a pet deposit per night instead of per stay. Place is under construction so maybe it will improve when finished.

I would give this place a negative star if I could.The place was really dirty, checked out 5 different rooms and not one was clean. Floors not mopped There was food on the wall and bed. The clean linen was thrown around in the dining Room area, had to get my money back I would not recommend this place at all.

Prices were super cheap. But expect barebones as far as quality. Your bed will have a blanket and sheet on it but they will be rough and really thin

Great folks behind the counter, super helpful during the snow storm. Pay attention to the other posts as the pillows are very flat :) I stayed in 113 and the door had a gap you could put two fingers thru. While still very safe, the hallway chatter came right thru. i gave it a 5 because the staff and price really hit the mark and overcame any issues with the door. Oh, and the bathroom fan is REALLY loud.

It was cool, I had left personal belongings in the room when I checked out. I got the run around for 3 days....but, They found it 3 days later and I was able to pick up at front desk.
Thank you manager for following through to get my stuff back. Appreciate it.

I will be staying at this place when ever I fly in to NY. I was there this past Summer and it was great! Clean, good food and AMAZING all around crew. From the ladies that clean to the manager and our reception agent; Michael. It was great. You will be glad you flew in and it's right next to the Airport. There's a screen with the flights and status in the lobby. Cookies, orange water. Beautiful decor. The shower had problems and they did some complimentary accommodations. Professionals and pleasant.
