Sheraton Hotels Ontario Airport

Nice employees...accomdating to my disability needs..awesome beds..very clean! LOVED IT!

I booked a two night stay this Friday and Saturday. This was my first time staying at The Sheraton in Ontario. I got a good price deal on Hotwire, however, my car was broken into the first night and my rear side door window was shattered. My husbands personal belongings were stolen. The Hotel staff notified us at 7am the next morning. They did not offer an apology and were not sympathetic at all. They did not offer to help clean the shattered glass or offer anything to help cover the window. My husband had to go ask for a vacuum to clean all the glass from inside the car and from outside the parking lot. The manager of the Hotel never came to tell us how sorry they were that this had happened to us. We had to try to find a place that was opened on a Sat to replace the window quickly because we had to stay there another night because we couldn’t cancel the reservation otherwise we would of not stayed there another night!!! We were told they did have a security guard making rounds every hour. It appears as though maybe they need to hire a different security guard to do a better job. This is not how you treat guests. Especially new guests. We will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there. Apparently we asked around and it is not a very safe area. It is a drug infested area from what we were told.

We came to this hotel expecting it to be wonderful, since it is a part of the Marriott family. It was quite the opposite, they were short-staffed and the only person at the desk had an awful attitude, probably because she has been there for 12 hours prior. The only person that genuinely helped us was not even a staff member. He was a parking clerk from another hotel and saw that she needed assistance and decided to help her. If he worked for the hotel, they would probably get another star. When we got to the room, it had an awful odor, like cat urine. The floors were sticky, the bathrooms had stains and toothpaste all over the wall, and the light switch also cut me. When I notified the staff in the front, they told me to put a band aid on it and to be more careful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Love the staff especially Sandra Valencia .. such a big help , and just a joy to be around.. Sheraton is very lucky to have her.. I know I was.. thanks again Sandra and the rest of the staff .. when I'm in Ontario again I know where all be staying.. thanks again.. God Bless..

I had a chance to pamper myself while visiting family. The bed, in particular, was like heaven. Everything was so soft, clean, and cuddly. I slept like an infant--and I needed it!

The only issue that I ran into was the phone did not work properly. Hence, I could not order, which was not a big deal.

I did relay the message to the front desk, though.

Oh, the staff was fantastic!

There are great restaurants within a few blocks as well.
