Never again the worst servers ever. When I was there I stay about 30 days and for about 17days there I went with NO HOT WARTER. I was just there in October and November 2020 do not recommend this place at all bug infested Ford service and housekeepers dont housekeeper the security guards are rude as hell this place is horrible.

I do not recommend. They can't keep track of rooms to save their life!!! My rooms door stopper was broken off, and then they gave my room out in the middle of the night. They didn't know if my room was clean to begin with anyways, the clerk had to go to the room and check herself. Then two hours later as I was sleeping, someone walked in my room. Then an hour later, ANOTHER PERSON WALKED IN!!!!! They can't keep track of their own shoe laces. DO NOT GO THERE. I only gave one star because I had to.

This was my third time at this Red roof and the manager has always been harassing me. I have three kids and would bring them with on business. On a Monday night, 12:30 am, the manager was drunk knocking at my door on the 4th floor. I ignore it until he UNLOCKS MY DOOR AND COMES IN. He starts asking inappropriate questions and claims he has the right to come in. Asking about my kids, telling my husband he has to go downstairs and leave? I never in my life been more terrified at a hotel. I finally got him away and stood up all night in disbelief. I couldn’t go complain because he is the manager. I couldn’t go home in the middle of the night on a 4 hour drive. I ended up checking out at 5 am and went to complain but no one is ever at the desk.

Heather at the front desk is amazing! Deserves a raise! My fiance and I have had one nightmare of a day trying to get a hotel room. The first hotel was infested with bed bugs. The 2nd hotel didn't have availability, and my booking site still let me book it without there being availability. Heather did everything she could to get us a room. Was able to get us a room. And made sure it was clean before she even processed payment. Will definitely come back!

This is a terrible hotel!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! They are extremely disorganized and not clean at all. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a more disgusting or dishonest hotel in my entire life. To start off I arrived there one night last month and had to wait behind one person to get checked in. This didn’t seem like a big deal but it took them 45 minutes to get to me. All the desk attendant cared about was talking to her friends that were scattered all over the lobby and behind the desk, and answering the continuous stream of phone calls coming from dissatisfied guests. Once I finally checked in I got up to my room and heard voices inside. So I went back down and it turned out they had assigned me a room that a family was already staying in. No big deal I thought. So they ended up giving me another room and I went up there to sleep and got up at 6 the next morning and checked out for work. Over the next week I noticed I was continuing to get charges on my debit card from the red roof inn. So I continued calling the location I had stayed at nearly every day, sometimes multiple times a day. I would get the same response every time. They would say “The manager’s shift starts later” or “The Manager doesn’t come in today.” So with no luck reaching them I decided to call the corporate number to file a complaint. It turns out they charged me for the room they had mistakenly assigned me to at first. So I was charged an extra 300 dollars for a room that some complete strangers had stayed in! I had been dealing with the higher up people of red roof inn for the last month and finally got my resolution letter today. They said something along the lines of sorry you let someone stay in your room and we cannot refund you! This is completely ridiculous that Red Roof Inn is stealing money from it’s guests. All they would have to do is go to this location and check the security cameras and they would see that I did not stay in the room I was charged for and that I had nothing to do with the people staying in that room. Red Roof Inn is a complete joke. They do not care about there customers and don’t offer any real resolution besides an apology that they stole your money! It is totally worth it to spend a little more money and stay at a reputable hotel that doesn’t try to to steal your money and that actually has clean rooms. I definitely learned my lesson and will never stay at any of Red Roof Inn’s locations ever again!

Pretty average stay overall. The staff had a friendly feel. The lobby was being renovated. Our room was nice and comfortable. The highway was noticeably audible but not enough to be a real bother. Gas station in close proximity for snack and drinks. I think there is a shuttle. Breakfast was pretty good too. I would stay here again!

Super cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. The staff is nice but the place needs a complete make over. If you're on a budget, stay here. However, I still suggest spending 30 bucks more and spend it some place else if you're staying for more than one night.

Yesterday I saw online they had plenty of rooms available... but I was so close I decided to just walk in and book vs. doing it online.

The front desk said they had no rooms at all and the system probably had not refreshed. I am glad I didn't book through their website.

Wyndham was great and close by. Plus I got it cheaper than the red roof by purchasing through Hotwire.

The staff were excellent! Checked in late at night, the ladies were so nice and very helpful and made sure to relay info to the lady that took over the next shift, who was also very nice and helpful! It was greatly appreciated. Our bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
