Quality Inn Revere Boston

Our suite was super clean and spacious! Having a pull out couch was great! My son said it was almost as comfortable as his bed. Having a table and chairs right in our room was great. We loved the pool down stairs. The food was amazing! We also loved how it was quiet and there wasn't people running through the halls or being loud. All the services were great! Anytime we go back to Massachusetts we're staying here!

Don't stay here!! This place was such a waste of money. The beds are from the 1800's, your feet will stick to the floors, you feel dirty even after showering, the breakfast staff is extremely rude and will even cuss and berate you about their disgusting food offerings (the homeless eat better), the elevator will shock you every time you call for it, I could go on forever about how poor this place was. Never again and we look forward to speaking with their corporate office about this poorly managed facility.

Surrounding area is shady. Went to three floors before finding ice. No restaurant in hotel...No nearby restaurants. Were told we could walk 1/2 mile... or order out. .. went to desk for info on restaurants that deliver... staff not helpful... worst place I’ve ever stayed. Only stayed here because we thought it was close to airport to catch our flight out... it’s not

1.Free nice breakfast(7-10am) in the lobby’s dinning room, and changed dishes every day.

2.Free coffee 24 hrs (even there’s one coffee machine in the room ) in the lobby’s dinning room.

3.Free hot water 24 hr within the coffee machine in the lobby’s dinning room.

4.Free nice shuttle bus, between hotel to wonderland T station. Every divers are 5 star drivers.

5. Free microwave oven in the lobby’s dinning room for 24 hr use.

6. Payment to use laundry washing machine And laundry dryer( for use by inserting coins).

Howerver,

1.Only ONE laundry washing machine-there’s always someone leave their washed clothes occupying the machine and never take it out!

Our question was “Could we take it out?”The counter’s saying was “If you want to take it out!”....................,:(:(

3.The shuttle bus has limited seats,total is 6.

If it’s full, you have to book another time.............:(

Hotel is older, but a good value at around 140 a night. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Front desk staff is excellent. Luis, one of the managers, is very eager to help and wants to ensure your stay is pleasant. Will stay there again.
