The first room I was in (102) smelled of wet dog and cigarette smoke. I went o the deck and the clerk moved me to (116). Again, it smells of wet dogs. This is a handicapped room, and was not needed. The mattress is so old, saggy and lumpy no one should be sleeping on it. I’ve never stayed somewhere that smelled so badly and is owned by Wyndham.
I would really like a full refund. They’ll be no sleep tonight, because I can’t breathe appropriately to do so.
