Came for a business meeting but the mens restroom had a leaking toilet. The meeting was fine for our needs otherwise and we will be back. thank you

Stayed here about a month ago the housekeeping lady her name began with a "z" was extremely helpful and very polite.... I forgot to tell the front desk about her but she was very nice

I was honestly surprised at the condition of the hotel. It seemed like it was well past due for an update and some repairs. The room itself was fine and the location is tough to beat as there are lots of restaurants very close and the airport is only about 5 minutes away. But, the pool is super small and the lobby, elevators, and general look of the hallways and common areas wasn't up to Hyatt standards. I was expecting more and that was disappointing.

One of the best hotel. Services was amazing. Great atmosphere. I liked the bar section. Breakfast was awesome. Staff were professional. Fitness center of good.
