Super clean hotel. Really friendly and attentive staff. Shuttle to and from the airport and cruise terminals with a small fee. The breakfast is good as well.

The price is $349 a night but a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn would be at least as nice. Dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door when we checked in. Toilet did not flush properly. We reserved 6 months in advance and still were put on the first floor.

Great service. They helped us out when our flight was delayed after our cruise, giving us a place to relax that wasn’t the airport. Food isn’t bad, but avoid the Cuban (it has BBQ sauce on it and takes 45 minutes to make). There are some good restaurants within walking distance.

Love this place. Always impeccably clean, great location, awesome real breakfast. Proficient staff and excellent menu and drink selection. It's all you would expect and then some from a Hyatt. Bravo guys.
