Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville Airport

I would have given 5 stars if the bed had been more comfortable. Seemed harder and more squeaky than others I have slept in. The hosts were wonderful at check in and seemed please to see me and my fellow travelers. Would stay here again if back in the area.

I stayed here on September 21 during a short weekend trip to Greeneville and I found everything to be good. Check-in was fast, the desk staff was friendly, the lobby was clean and the room was clean. Lately, it seems that some of the Holiday Inn Express hotels have been lacking as far as cleanliness, but that was not an issue for this particular hotel. I was well pleased with it. It is close to Top Golf. If I return to Greenville, I will stay again.

We stopped along a very long drive from Florida and had hoped to relax and unwind a bit. We drove a bit off the trail to go to this hotel because of the pool for our kids to play in and because we have always had good experiences with holiday inns. We were surprised to find the pool was closed with no explanation as to why. When we checked into our room we were surprised to see water dripping from the ceiling and mold all over. ( Pictures attached) We expected a little more after spending $140 to stay the night

One of the friendliest hotels I’ve been to recently. Staff is 5 star. Polite and helpful! Rooms pretty good. Bathrooms are dated and need a bit of work but overall great experience. Would def recommend.

OUTSTANDING staff & service (friendly, helpful, courteous, thoughtful)! Lovely self-serve breakfast. Spacious handicap room. Located near a variety of restaurants & stores. Easy on/off highway access. Indoor pool available.
