Great experience: checked in a little after midnight and the staff was friendly and welcoming (got a complementary upgrade because my selection was all taken). The restaurant/bar was barely open but I still got service! Room was clean and relatively quiet. Breakfast buffet was complete and as expected. Highly recommend if you have a layover near MCI.

Can I rate this 0 stars??? I arrived Dec. 23rd and was fine... however went to the room to relax and the tv and Internet didn’t work. Front desk said they don’t know when it will be fixed.. I then saw there was no fitted sheets on the bed just flat sheets the front desk said they are out. To top it all off I was woke up at 8 am with workers drilling on the roof and that went on until about noon.. this is by far the worst visit in a hotel I have ever had...
So far so good. Very friendly staff. I am a frequent traveler and this staff is very friendly. The room was a bit older but slept well in the bed. 24 hour shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes. Conveniently located. Conference facility and parking available
Great old hotel! Big rooms. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic and Tina is the best server you could ask for! Great location near the airport. Would definitely stay here again!
