Worst experience of my life. You have no choice but to valet your car. On check out I gave the valet man a tip and drove off. He already had my car running and closed the door for me. 30 minutes later I get a phone call from front desk saying they never gave me back my car keys and it’s at the hotel. I had an important event that I was already headed to so I couldn’t turn back around. I had to leave my car in the parking lot running until I was able to return. I received nothing back for their terrible mistake. I will never stay here again. They ruined my entire day.
Air conditioning didn’t work, after hours services were subpar, bed/sheets were not changed, shower head barely worked. Overall waste of money go stay in this hotel. Could’ve had a better experience staying ANYWHERE else.
Nice clean refurbished hotel. It has a good pool area, with bungalows chairs, and even a small fireplace. Rooms are spacious and clean, Bathroom are also nice. Staff is the best in town, especially HAROLD, this guy is the soul of the place. Besides making everyone welcome, he takes care of all the issues and really make a difference. (hey management, give him a raise on salary lol...).
There are some points to be worked out, like....
-The breakfast buffet selections need to be improved...
-The rooms need a personal SAFE for passport, money, etc.
-the hotel needs a SCALE we needed one and they don´t have any (not even at the gym)
Overall a good place, I would stay there again next trip.
Great stay from beginning to end.
Clean rooms, nice location, and excellent staff. All of the staff were EXTREMELY helpful valet, housekeeping and most of HAROLD. Thanks for making my trip one of the best visits to MIAMI 😁
Very nice hotel. The staff is very helpful especially Genesis she goes well beyond to help me out. Even the valet guys help out to make sure your stay is top notch. I will definitely stay here again!!!!
