There is one highlight of my stay, the front desk staff Kathy and Stephan were very kind to my wife and I. The kitchen staff not so much, what's the purpose of room service if it cannot be delivered? Both nights during our stay we were denied delivery of our food we had to go down and get it ourselves. We were given two different explanations on both days, all I want to know is which one is the real reason? I can draw my own conclusions, the "General Manager" was supposed to be getting to the bottom of this but the clock is ticking. Corporate offices will be hearing from me by the end of business today!š¤¬

The front desk staff. They were warm, friendly, informed and had warm cookies. Made us feel like home instead of a hotel next to an airport. The shuttle to the airport was on time and knew the short cuts. Logan is just a mess with construction. Would stay there again.
Not a bad hotel to stay in. Friendly staff and shuttle drivers. The room was clean and the hotel was presentable. The fitness room was really good, one of my favorite.
$17 for breakfast though?! Cmon really? You can get a way better breakfast for half the price at any of the local restaurants.
Friendly staff. Breakfast not included with price. Surprising for over $200 less than 24 hour stay. Close to Logan. Frequent shuttles. I think there are better values in the area.
Really great customer service here 5/5. Couldnāt have asked for anything more I was very impressed with the staff. Very clean grounds well kept. Shuttle service was a nice perk. Beds were too hard 2+/5 for the comfort of sleeping.
