My first night I was bitten by something at least 6 times. Once on the face. Swollen, red and painful. I talked to the front desk and they switched rooms and said she had to talk to the manager. I was told the only thing they could do was offer me a shuttle ride to the ER to get checked. Never got an actual conversation with the manager.
I Do Not wish this for anyone else. Be very cautious if your going to stay there.
I am extremely unhappy with how this was handled.
I am searching for a phone number for the main office so I can talk to someone.

Place was honestly in kind of a sketchy area in front of a gas station. Facilities were clean and staff was very nice. If the location of the hotel was better would definitely give it a better rating.

Great location for getting around Albuquerque. The hotel was very clean and quet and the pool was very nice. We did have an issue with the plumbing which they promptly fixed. Property was well maintained. Price was quite affordable. The place would have rated 5 starts but there is a really bad problem with panhandlers. My friend was hit up nearly every time he left the hotel. We reported it to the desk and were told there is really nothing they can do except tell the panhandlers to leave. Well, they just go to the nearby gas station and panhandle there and then right back to the hotel parking lot.

Very nice room. Would have given 5 stars but there are issues. The plum king doesn't work well. There are lots of panhandlers off the streets here. Room is very clean, very quiet and very affordable. Makes it a great deal. I'd stay here many .ore times. Oh.....has a very nice clean pool.

Our first time staying here and it was very pleasant. I liked the noon check out, allowed us to relax & chill for a bit. Breakfast was good even though we went down late, we still got to eat. Me and my husband had a very good sleep and we were rested.
