When I first check in I was unhappy with the room. It had an old fashion feel. For the amount of money I was paying. I was expecting so much more. So I called Hilton and explain my issue. When I came back to the front desk. I spoke with a young lady name Alicia. She gave me a complimentary upgrade. She was extremely helpful and awesome in taking care of me. I will definitely come back. The service was outstanding in making my stay memorable.
