The hotel is really nice. The check in agent suggested delivery from Justino's. Food was decent but they did NOT bring napkins! So, if you order delivery, be sure to ask for napkins!

The staff here is amazing, cheerful and helpful!!! The breakfast team is happy with smiles on and the front desk is also friendly. They were always offering to help and followed up to make sure we got what we requested. Iād give them 10 stars if I could!

Clean, friendly staff, free breakfast. We stayed two nights. As we were about to check out an important work call was scheduled for my boyfriend. Wanda was incredibly empathetic and went above and beyond by holding our bags, then offering several suggestions for him to privately take this important call. We really appreciated her calm demeanor and assistance. A good staff makes all the difference. Thank you WANDA!

The perks of this hotel (free breakfast, friendly staff) do no not outweigh the fact that the hotel is a significant distance from any trains, which makes it difficult to get to any of the major attractions around NYC. If you get a deal on the room rate, what you save (and then some) will be spent on taxis and ride-shares to get anywhere. It is not in a convenient location at all. The closest trains are at least a 15 minute walk (Columbus Circle). I do not recommend this hotel for families with young children vacationing in NYC. The Marriott family of hotels has much more convenient properties in the Midtown area.
Rooms are small, which may be typical of a NYC hotel in this class. Our room was facing the neighboring building (very close) which necessitated us to keep the blinds drawn, making the room feel dark and dreary.
Staff is very friendly, though.

This is a nice place. Clean. Friendly staff. A very small bar. Small rooms, welcome to NYC. Decent breakfast. I got a decent rate, but that's a crapshoot. I'd stay here again.
