The whole experience was bad & pricey. The shower water would go from warm to extremely hot. The bathroom door would not close because the frame was warped. The front door & back glass door did not have proper insulation allowing light to shine through & cold breeze. Room was never made the following day. Had to call front desk to let them know & to bring us new towels. I will never go back to that place.

Located in kind of a dicey area, but SO close to airport, and security is good. The restaurant on-site is excellent!
We stay the night before travel from Oakland Airport.

Econo maybe good for pricing, however, they need to upgrade the entire property, and suites with newer amenities. Front entrance and reception desk area is old looking and worn down. Doesn't feel safe. Bring your competitive edge up with regards to the surrounding hotels.

Pretty good location - close to San Francisco. But it can be sketchy at times. It’s good that it is gated but I probably won’t bring my family there again. Good for a short stay if you want a cheap place near San Francisco

It was a great cheap deal to stay over night at this hotel and nice to offer a free shuttle bus to airport. but the over all was terrible because I call them ask about the shuttle bus system work and when I need to call them. I ask them to repeat nicely, but They respond in a RUDE MANNER and HANG UP ON ME. JERK. i WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. i did up paying taxi to get there. You might like it, but the really questions are how they will respect and treat you. It is loud when they are close to highway and friendly workers.
