We were here for a wedding. They over sold several wedding group reservations so many of the friends and family coming to stay at the hotel had to get rooms in different hotels off site and the shuttle bus for taking guests to the reception was 45 minutes late to start services takkng folks to the wedding. The manager did not inform us of this and eventually said they were going to order us cabs but then promptly disappeared. Our receipt was for 50 dollars less than they actually charged us (they claim the charges were a hold for incidentals) and the extra charges were not brought up at check in or itemized on our receipt.

The hotel sits next to Interstate 55 and has heavy noisy traffic 24 hours a day. Hotel noise insulation is nowhere near cutting out the traffic. Take ear plugs if you want a good sleep.

I had a great experience. Wonderful place. Everything was well maintained. Great services. Staff was professional and polite. Room was clean with comfortable furniture.

Nice and clean Hotel at reasonable rates.
Bed is perfect, aircon a bit loud but okay.
You can hear the highway, but windows are pretty good isolated so it's not too bad. Breakfast is very nice. Much better than expected from earlier trips to the US. Would stay here definitely again when in the Chicago area 👍

Great rooms... Newly renovated. I must say I was pleasantly surprised great friendly service... Nice breakfast reasonably priced just & overall great experience.... Would strongly recommend & the rooms are A1.
