Update: If you want to get a restful slumber, DO NOT stay here! They don't have blankets and you will freeze and be told there aren't any blankets to accommodate you. The bed has a single sheet with a decorative thin top sheet. No bed spread or comforter...never again! Please steer clear of this hotel. They will not refund you!

The room is "okay". The room could have been nice, but when my husband and I walked in, we both felt the room didn't feel clean. Bleach stains on the comforter. Not enough parking spaces at night, fyi. And you may need to request extra towels prior to going to your room.

The room is open and large. I can appreciate the size of the shower and the tub. I like how the toilet is in a separate space. The guy at the front desk was pleasant and courteous.

Maybe it's just our experience; try it for yourself.

Not bad, but definitely not 3 star status.

Only supplied one set of linens and was told that was standard. Had to ask for more.

Staff was helpful, but some had attitudes as if I had inconvenienced them by approaching and interacting.

The food was mediocre, and had the appearance of yesterday's leftovers. Slow to replenish items that were depleted.

No yogurt or orange juice when we were there. How do you not have those breakfast staples?!?

The interiors were not shabby, but they were beginning to show their age, some water damage to the room window sills and water infiltration was noticeable in the sun-room connected to the breakfast area.

If this hotel was marketed as a 2 star hotel, I would have rated it a solid 4.0-5.0 par for the course.

Attempted to check in on a Thursday evening. Was assigned 1st room only to see that it had not been cleaned. No problem, things happen.

Was assigned the 2nd room, only to find that it too was not cleaned. Never ever had that before.

Third room was a charm, though it really made me think about everything actually being clean. Not how you want to feel when selecting a respected brand.

After talking with staff over the next couple of days I learned that new ownership came in and is doing everything on the cheap, including a cut to what they pay the cleaning people. It shows. 🙁

Walked in last minute, they found a room for us but it would be a bit before it was ready. They were kind enough to let us work in their lobby and one gentleman went out of his way to make us feel welcome & find a quiet spot for a conference call. Another gentleman accommodated us with access to an outdoor area. From the desk agents to the shuttle driver they were kind and caring,. All around they were top notch people! Their actions did not go unnoticed. I was comfortable and felt safe there by myself at night. Room perfectly clean and very nice, but the people made the difference! I highly recommend. Thank you all!
