I booked through a third party website. All pictures were of the renovations they made. What wasn’t shown was the rest of the hotel that is still outdated. We arrived and it looked picture perfect until we got to our rooms. Both rooms had a foul odor, discoloration on the walls as well as holes from people slamming the door wide open. The bathroom was small. One of our rooms the mini fridge didn’t work. They attempted to give us pool side rooms with a balcony however one of the rooms had the same issues plus mildew on the curtains. I have the extra star BC the people at the front desk were nice and gave us a full refund. Very disappointed. Had to spend double the money to find another room last minute. If anything before you stay see which rooms you’re getting first or ask if the entire hotel has been renovated and not just the front of it
Upon check in the hotel gave me my room key and sent me to a room with someone already sleeping in it!!
I was scheduled for a ride to the airport but in the morning there was too many people and caused some people to be left behind and missed their flights!
Never coming back. It’s sad to see a hotel with so much potential be run so poorly. You’re better off checking into any of the other hotels next door.
the reason we stood there was because it was close to the airport, we had done our business and we had a few days left of our return home. We wanted to spend time on the pool and rest.. but the pool was close, our coffee maker did not work, the forgot to put towels and toilet paper in our room, I had to go and ask for some and was told that it was going to be send to our room, never came until I had to pick it up myself. Breakfast was great, good american food, but the stuff, they don't greet any one, nor show any contentment with their job. Smile or be happy, the building is beautiful, but need to improve in cordiality and to greet the consumers, with a smile.
I would come back again, but I really think they should work on the welcoming atmosphere and the workers attitude. And yes, absolutely , their pool must be open.
Free shuttle to and from Orlando airport and Disney Springs! Hotel located right by 7-11 and McDonald’s! Pool, jacuzzi AND hot tub! Our room was the top floor with a balcony overlooking the horizon! Way better and cheaper than a Disney resort!
This place has so much potential. It is a fantastic property in a prime location that simply needs to complete some deferred maintenance and hire and develop a good team who work together toward the same goal which should always be 100% Guest Satisfaction.
