Rooms are falling apart. I stayed here 3 years ago and it used to be a good. They have let this place go. Roaches all over and hallways smell of weed and cigarette smoke. I am so disappointed this place has gone down hill. Don't stay here. Breakfast sucks and just a ghetto place. Really need to redo rooms and get a bug guy out there like every week or something. Think someone new needs to buy this and renovate rooms

I worked with Anthony and Vivian on a side project for the hotel, and these two are nothing short of amazing. They are doing a great job with the renovation while staying open, and are both very transparent and friendly people. Highly recommend staying here, and when you do, ask for one of them and you will not be disappointed!

Hotel is run down needs updating. Breakfast lacks many choices. Fruit would have been nice or some healthy options. Rooms are not very clean and we found food in the microwave that had been there who knows how long. Close to the main route of I-26 which is a positive and negative. Loud traffic.

The super friendly staff was amazing. We had everything we needed during our week stay here. And as an added plus, they are great with kids. We loved the pool also.

Here's a list of what I experienced during my stay:

Reserved room (two beds) not available.

Hotel staff asked me to call Orbitz to change/cancel (said they couldn't do it).

Only positive: Hotel gave me a big discount on the king bed room; I was traveling with a friend, so 1 bed wasn't our preference.

Super thin walls.

We had only hot water for a time, no cold water.

There was no toilet paper in the room (none on the holder, no backup). When I called the desk to ask for some, I was told "we're out" as if that was the end of the story. Turns out there was some on a cart right outside the room.

Bugs, bugs, bugs

Shower head not working & water stopped altogether during sponge bath.

I'm surprised I made it one night. We checked out the next day, cancelling the second night.
