This was the most disappointing hotel stay I've had in years. We called ahead to tell the desk that we would be arriving late (9pm) due to our flight time. When we arrived, the front desk staff first told of that they were out of rooms. Next they said they were not sure if the rooms had been cleaned. When they finally figured it out and got us into a room we found it had a king size bed... Our reservation for a family of 4 was for 2 Queens size beds. Another trip to the front desk resulted in assurances that we would have a roll away bed delivered in 15 minutes. 35 minutes later I cancel the bed since they couldn't tell me when it would arrive and my kids were already asleep. Very disappointing, and strongly do not recommend this hotel if you are coming in on a later flight.

Rooms are nice and clean. Their lobby is awesome. It has a nice quiet restaurant with great service and cool bar right next to it. I have stayed here several times, I love it.
