Best Western Ohare Airport

The hotel did not have secure entry ways from the outside back or side parking lots. The rooms and breakfast were nice enough. Staff was great. Really need new shower heads in the bathroom,

All in all a great stay.



I got there early was nice just to take a bath and relax enjoy the room king size bed very comfortable spacious.



Bathroom was on the small side.



Breakfast didn’t wait for as I had to leave early they do have a pool gym lots of parking at the back of the hotel.



Would certainly return and recommend.

Most everything was good. The shower had some issues. But all and all a good stay

BEDBUG AND ROACH ALERT! PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE!!! During my recent stay, i noticed 2 roaches crawling and bedbugs in the bed when i pulled back the blanket. I notified the front desk within 5 minutes of staying there and i left. They until this day will not refund me any money because they claimed that they checked the room A DAY LATER and saw nothing. They offered me another room but who will want to stay there after that?? They are a ripoff. They also, I'm sure, know they have these critters, but don't care. When i left, i heard someone also saying that they obtained bedbug bites and will leave. The office DIDN'T CARE ONE BIT. So i doubt they will get this nasty hotel cleaned. I'm warning you, don't stay here. The hotel is run down as well.

When a reservation is made online it should immediately submit a confirmation of such and using the Advanced Reservation the debit card should be charged immediately as it stated. Neither happened, so 24 hours later I made the same reservation online using a credit card for which I immediately received an email confirmation. Upon checking in at Front Desk was informed I had TWO reservations and would be charged for both. The so-called "Manager" stated there was NOTHING she could do, After working for a resort for the past 35 years, this is NOT something that would happen to our guest - but she didn't want to help. Will NEVER stay at a Best Western again - seems to be a great scam they have going on to make people make duplicate reservations unknowingly AND the charge to my debit card was actually $6 higher than the one to the credit card ????? NOT A HAPPY FIRST (AND LAST) TIME GUEST!
