Slippery parking lot because of ice cover that needs to be salted, beds are saggy and uncomfortable, heater points at bed so it was blowing dry air in my face all night, the pool area is cold and miserable.This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced. However, it was not very expensive and allowed us to have our dog stay.
Very nice place. Good beds, nice staff, variety of goodies for a delicious breakfast.
None of the outlets held my charger in place, it fell out on every one but one so o had to unplug the TV for it to charge overnight. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the knob for the shower barely worked. Also the customer service at the front desk was less than pleasant.
Decent budget hotel. Wasn't looking for more than a reasonable place to sleep while attending a conference. Room was well appointed (including small microwave and refrigerator). Pool was in a nice indoor courtyard. (No hot tub, though.) Breakfast is where Best Western shines, eggs and meat, pastries & bagels, cereals and made-to-order waffles.
Only downside, furnishings and walls have noticeable damage and wear.
Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant lobby with complimentary coffee and tea always available. Our guestroom was attractively decorated and had plenty of outlets for electronics. Good variety of food at the complimentary breakfast. Airport shuttle service was prompt and efficient.
