Room was clean, bed comfy. The front desk ladies were polite. Breakfast good. A bit of road noise but not to bad.

Hotel was clean. Check in and out was fine. Overall hotel is old, but in acceptable condition. Good value in the area. Door lock did not function properly so door would not lock without deadbolt. Breakfast was good, but understaffed.

Had a good stay. Coffe could be replaced with brewed coffee instead of vending machine. Free breakfast was good!

The only thing good about this place was the free breakfast. When were first got there we were sent to the wrong room. We finally got to the right room and there was used soap in the shower with a previous customer's hair on it. The tv had to be repaired during our stay. The straw that broke the camel's back was the fact when we asked for an extra pillow the answer given and I quote, "We don't have any." No explanation, that was it. Not the hotels fault but the power went out for 4 hours the first night we were there. I got the place for $76 a night but there was little value provided in return other than the free breakfast. I could have had an amazing breakfast for over $150. Lodge elsewhere! Wish I had photos of the soap.

Best western is my go to hotel anymore. Nice beds, friend staff. This one was no different the check in lady last night was great and breakfast was nice and hot this morning.
